The Role

Signify Research is recruiting for a Sales & General Administrator to support the growth and expansion of the company. The successful candidate will provide support to our Office Manager and our sales team on a variety of tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) General Administration

• Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
• Perform routine administration tasks
• Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
• Order stationery and office furniture
• Answer the phone

2) HR Support

• Assist the organisation’s HR function by keeping personnel records and the company’s Employee Handbook up to date
• Supporting on recruitment by placing adverts, arranging interviews, etc.

3) Finance Support

• Enter supplier invoices and reconcile payments in our accounting software
• Complete vendor registration forms

4) Sales Support

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team
• Monitor our sales inbox and distribute enquiries to the relevant colleagues
• Audit sales collateral and take actions to ensure all is present and correct
• Maintain our CRM: clean data, update records, and add new contacts

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• A confident communicator both orally and in writing
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Flexible and proactive – ability to adapt to a variety of tasks
• Attention to detail
• Desire to learn and develop career

Salary and Benefits

• £21-24K salary (dependent upon experience)
• 25 days per annum holiday allowance (exclusive of bank holidays), flexible bank holiday usage, plus ability to “buy” additional holiday allowance.
