SPI Digital Health: MEDITECH Stakes Claim in Irish Digital Transformation, but National EMR a Distant Dream

Ireland’s largest independent hospital group has in the last week selected MEDITECH’s Expanse EHR to support what it has called its ‘digital transformation’.  

Bon Secours Health System, a leading private care provider, says Expanse will be the foundation of its clinical transformation project, replacing the existing combination of multiple platforms and paper documentation to establish one integrated health record.
