Signify Premium Insight: The Sun is Out – IT Vendors Must Make Hay

The IT systems that underpin a provider’s ability to care for its patients are becoming ever more important. As such providers are looking to the future and are keen to incorporate some of medical imaging IT vendors’ latest technologies into their hospitals. However, while some specialist vendors can fulfil these technologies’ promise at an individual scale, there is, in many cases, still work to be done before vendors are able to realise the potential of their technologies at a much grander scale.

This dichotomy was one of the central themes of Signify Research’s Imaging IT Core Report, which captured a market in a transitional phase. That isn’t to say, however, that vendors weren’t able to find success.
