Signify Research is recruiting for a Marketing Manager to define, shape and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy of the company. This is a permanent, part-time (20 hours per week) position but could lead to full-time as the company expands. A full-time position will be considered for the right candidate. The role is based at our Cranfield, UK office, although remote working is also considered. The Marketing Manager will report to and work closely with the Managing Director.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective marketing plan for the company to grow our brand awareness and influence, globally
- Manage the budget to support the marketing objectives and strategy
- Lead the company’s website redevelopment by working with external agencies
- Maintain content on our website and optimise SEO
- Social media planning & management, primarily for LinkedIn and Twitter
- Redesign and maintain the company’s marketing collateral (pitch deck, product brochures, customer newsletter)
- Manage a busy email marketing schedule, including development of email templates and regular email marketing campaigns to promote our products and service to current and prospective customers.
- Develop processes to improve how we use our CRM for marketing
- Develop relationships with industry and broadsheet press to increase our media coverage
- Establish and track key performance metrics for the various marketing initiatives across channels
- Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have a marketing, business or related qualification coupled with 3 years minimum B2B marketing experience
- Proven experience of developing and delivering marketing plans
- Commercial focus and good attention to detail
- The capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- Experience of using marketing automation and CRM tools
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Industry knowledge of market research and/or healthcare technology would be a plus
