Signify Premium Insight: The Opportunity in Ultrasound

Signify Research has recently published the 2023 edition of its Ultrasound Equipment – World market intelligence report. The report details a varied picture of a market facing some stern challenges, and some vendors overcoming difficult obstacles, but also one where there is considerable potential for growth for vendors which can play their cards right.

It is however mixed. Like other modalities, vendors have faced significant global headwinds, with macroeconomics and the politics of certain regions causing difficulties for vendors. Elsewhere innovative new products and technologies are helping catalyse growth despite these factors. This means that, according to the report’s author, Senior Market Analyst Mustafa Hassan, the market is at least “in a strong position”.
