Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system vendor Salesforce will next month launch Industries AI, a tool for customers that currently use its Health Cloud platform. The company says that Industries AI will offer providers, payers and patients tailored, customisable prompts and data models.
Industries AI’s initial use case focus will be Patient Services & Benefits Verification. Salesforce says that through the tool, care co-ordinators will be able to obtain a comprehensive patient summaries as well as details including care plan subscriptions, prescriptions, clinical encounters, prior authorisations and preferences before a telehealth appointment.
