The deal also strengthens its foothold in key European markets, adding several sites to its existing catalogue.

These potential benefits certainly make the acquisition a compelling deal for deepc, but for Osimis it may represent an unfortunate necessity to avoid an untimely exit from the market, and the deal potentially sheds light on the strengths and weaknesses of differing AI platform strategies.
